Your Itinerary

Day One: Eurostar travel to Brussels and evening at leisure

Start your summertime concert break at London’s St. Pancras International station ahead of a journey aboard the Eurostar to Belgium’s elegant capital, Brussels. From here, meet your expert tour manager and board a coach for the transfer to Eindhoven, Veldhoven or Helmond.  Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure. You can relax in the hotel, explore the area or enjoy a meal in one of the many local restaurants.

Day Two: Morning at leisure, optional dinner river cruise and included André Rieu concert

Wake up to breakfast at your hotel this morning ahead of the main event, an evening of musical magic courtesy of André Rieu. As you eagerly await tonight’s concert, you’ll have the morning at leisure.

Early this afternoon, your tour manager will accompany you on the coach for a visit to historic Maastricht where you’ll be free to explore the city at your own pace. For a more relaxed afternoon, consider a stroll through the city’s verdant Stadspark, or a stop at one of the attractive bars and cafés. Alternatively, you can immerse yourself in the city’s rich cultural heritage or discover the many specialised shops along the pedestrianised cobbled streets of Maastricht.

Later this afternoon, take the opportunity to join a private optional dinner cruise along the Meuse River, which runs as far as the Belgian-Dutch border. Enjoy a welcome drink, and a two-course buffet dinner (main and dessert), as you cruise past historic sights and places of interest, including André Rieu's castle home on St Pieter's Hill.

As night falls, head to Vrijthof Square, a glorious open-air plaza ringed by bars and bistros which will host this evening’s spectacular concert. For fans of André Rieu, there’s no better way to see the ‘Waltz King’ live than at one of these famous Vrijthof concerts and you’ll enjoy André Rieu at his energetic best in his hometown. Against the backdrop of the imposing Basilica of St. Servatius, sway, sing and dance in the aisles throughout this truly enchanting night of music and showmanship. After experiencing this amazing performance, you'll return to your hotel by coach arriving at approximately 2am.

Day Three: Morning at leisure and included visit to Utrecht

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast with some free time before joining your tour manager on a coach visit to explore the captivating, artistic city of Utrecht.

This colourful canal city, which was once one of the Netherlands’ foremost religious and political centres, boasts glorious medieval architecture. Packed with museums, galleries and boutique cafés, Utrecht offers a quintessentially Dutch experience and is perfect for a relaxed time on the waterfront.

Perhaps pay a visit to Domplein Square for views of the towering Domtoren, an impressive 14th-century belltower overlooking the city, and the magnificent St Martin’s Cathedral with its Gothic facades and garden courtyards.

After a delightful afternoon in Utrecht, return to your hotel.
