The standard 2 bedroomed lodge sleeps a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 persons and provides; two separate bedrooms (one with double bed and sofa bed and one with bunk beds). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with interconnecting doors. There are separate bathrooms for each room and facilities include flat screen TV, terrace, fridge and safety deposit box (local charge). Rooms have air conditioning daily maid service and towel change. Several other room types are available including 1 bedroom lodges.

The hotel operates an all-inclusive plus package that includes; breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main buffet restaurant. One dinner per person per stay (for stays 7 nights or more) in the Tangoloa International meat restaurant. Snacks including ice cream are available at selected time between meals for a minimum of 3 hours per day. Local beer, wine and spirits and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 08:00 to 24:00. Selected international branded drinks served daily from a choice of 3 bars. Discounted food and drink available at sister hotels. UNLIMITED entry to Terra Natura Animal Park (all meals, drinks, snacks and ice cream are payable) and Aqua Natura Water-park (cold drinks and cold snacks at the Water-park Magic Natura bar are included). The Magic Natura has an outdoor fresh water swimming pool with children's section and whirlpool. Surrounded by a pleasant sunbathing area with Balinese sun beds and parasols. The hotel provides a daytime entertainment programme with arts and crafts, small team games, team sports and water-based activities. Evening entertaiment includes bingo, mini-disco and professional shows. Children's club (4-16 years) - arts and crafts.
