Birmingham Airport
Birmingham airport is situated 8 miles east of Birmingham city centre on the A45 Coventry road from the south. If you are travelling from the north take the M42 to junction 6 and then turn off onto the A45.
Birmingham International Airport is located at the centre of the UK's rail network. The airport rail station "Birmingham International" is linked to the Passenger Terminals by the free, frequent Air-Rail Link. The station lies on the West Coast Mainline with fast and frequent connections to the rest of the UK. The nearest railway station is Birmingham New Street which has fast rail links to and from the rest of the country. Air rail link is the shuttle bus which runs between the station and the airport every 10 minutes, its free and takes around 2 minutes. National Express runs coaches from all over the country to the airport and taxis depart from the taxi rank outside of the airport terminal building.
Car parking at Birmingham airport is secure and you can park on the airport for short stays or near the terminal for long stays with free transfers to and from the car parks. You can also book from a selection of airport hotels located close to the airport.
