The rooms are distributed among several buildings that face the sea, these buildings are laid out around a central area housing the hotel reception and most of the general services. The bedrooms are quite spacious with a choice of double or twin beds with sofa beds for a 3rd adult or 2 smaller children. The hotel has several single rooms and junior suites available. All rooms have bath/shower, safe deposit box (additional charge), hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning, minibar (on request, charged as extra) and furnished terrace.

The Papagayo Beach Resort has a choice of restaurants, the main hotel restaurant has buffet style service with a mixture of international and Canarian cusine with an open kitchen.
