The Theoxenia Boutique Hotel is located in the centre of Thira and is one of the nicest Bed and Breakfast Hotel's. It faces the Volcano, and is practically on the Caldera's top, with a small number of steps to the rooms. It has two floors and the terraces overlook the Caldera, the sunset Santorini is famous for and the Volcano island of Palia and Nea Kameni.

The Theoxenia Boutique Hotel has only nine rooms. The standard rooms overlook to the pedestrian street but are only 19 steps away from the view and the Superior rooms have Volcano view.
Rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, Tv, and free WiFi. They provide free coffee and tea and kettle, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, safe deposit box, bathrobes, slippers.
Guests in the summer can use the luxury sister Hotel Aressana's swimming pool and gym for free and have a great discount at the Spa, a plus to all Theoxenia guests, and an outdoor Jacuzzi in the summer.
Guests have access to Ifestioni restaurant for a la cart lunch or dinner. Aressana is one minute walking distance away. The Hotel has a night bar Casablanca that is open in May to October, a coffee shop opposite which is called Classico. The reception is open from 07.30 to 23.30.
